By placing a pre-order with Russell Athletic Australia, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed.

Our expected lead time for the Russell Athletic NFL Collection is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. This is an estimate and may change depending on product availability, production and shipping circumstances.

We will make every effort to dispatch your pre-order within the estimated timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including international or local freight delays, port congestion, weather conditions, industrial action, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

Where a delay occurs, we will endeavour to keep you informed and provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When your pre-order is ready and has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Pre-orders are available on selected products only. Any estimated dispatch or delivery date displayed on our website is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

If there is a significant change to the expected delivery timeframe, we will endeavour to notify you by email.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has been dispatched and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Russell Athletic Australia may also cancel a pre-order prior to dispatch if we are unable to fulfil the order. In this instance, you will receive a full refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our standard Returns Policy. Returns & Exchanges

Nothing in this Pre-Order Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
