Russell Athletic Customer Service is available via phone or email, to get in touch please visit our Contact Us page. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm AEDT (excluding public holidays).

MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER WITHIN THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact our Customer Service Team via hello@russellathletic.com.au and we will further investigate your delivery.

 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER BUT WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE IT.

Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to let them know that you’d like to change your order. However, if the order has been dispatched, you’ll have to return it for a refund or exchange and costs will apply. For further information and conditions, head to our Returns and Exchanges. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand.
