We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for an exchange, please contact us via email at email@example.com for an exchange form or toll free on 1300 654 766.
Returns Policy & Process:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange with an option for a refund for faulty items.
Items returned for exchange must be done so within 14 days of original delivery date in a resalable condition (unused, undamaged, unsoiled, with the tags still attached still in original condition). The Russell Athletic return form must be included with the item when returned. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or online credit to be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online at russellathletic.com.au

Please provide us with your name, your invoice number, product name and the fault you have found with the product and a photo if possible. Please let us know if you are seeking a replacement, exchange, credit or a refund. We will supply you with our postage paid number so you can send the product back at no charge to yourself. If You Change Your Mind
Russell Athletic is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, used or damaged in any way. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition, which includes maintaining the item in its original shipped condition. Russell Athletic will refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges. Email us at email@example.com for an exchange or refund form.
You will need to return the incorrectly sized item and ask for an online voucher in order to purchase the correct size. Note that we cannot guarantee that your required size will be available.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card or Paypal account. A copy of your Russell Athletic tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
In the event that you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to you. Russell Athletic will refund the amount of the item purchased only.
